It’s easy to get caught up with so much going on in the world. Your phone buzzing, the doom news, things to do, bills to pay. Living in a late capitalistic society it seems like the faster you move, the better off you’ll be, but it’s simply not true. We skim over the world quickly not noticing our lives pass by. We can make all the money we want if we’re lucky, but we can never buy any time back.

This simple reminder to move slow is also a reminder to move intentionally. The more intentional, the more skillful we are around other, the more we can think deeply about our mortal coil. The more we think, the more we feel, and that my friends is one hell of a way to change the world.
