Riley designed and printed this piece based on 'Shady Grove', a 20th-century Appalachian folk song, better known by its variants by Jerry Garcia, Taj Mahal, and Gillian Welch. This line has always stuck with her, and she sees it as representing change and choosing to see the good in any situation.
